Reception and Pods 1-4

Phase 1 including reception and pods 1-4 have been installed.

18 Apr 2025
Phase 1 including reception and pod 1 and 2 have been installed.

10 April 2025
Sunset flyover of the accommodation build site with walls being erected in the first few pods.

7 April 2025
Foundations and ground works are complete with constructions of the pre-fab pods that will make up the golfing accommodation underway

22 Mar 2025
Completion of the final stumps are in and the backfill of sand is nearing completion and ready to begin installation of the prefab pods

20 Feb 2025
The first shipment of building materials enroute to King Island from Port Welshpool containing the Timber Building prefabricated building

11 Feb 2025
The final stumps and foundations are being laid in the end pods with works set to come out of the ground
